Return Policy for The Minted Navy

We at The Minted Navy are dedicated to ensuring you're delighted with your purchases. However, we recognize that occasionally returns are necessary. Here's our policy for making the process smooth and convenient:

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items bought online can be returned for store credit only.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 business days from the date you receive your order.
  • Any returns beyond this period cannot be accepted.
  • Products purchased with a discount of 25% or more, as well as those in the 'Sale' category, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale items include accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic t-shirts, pajamas, sweatshirts, and athletic wear.
  • Products marked as final sale on the packing slip are ineligible for return.
  • Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns of bodysuits, swimwear, and leggings.
  • Items must be returned in pristine condition, free from makeup, deodorant stains, scents (like perfume or cigarette smoke), pet hair, or any other stains.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at themintednavy@gmail.com.
  • Include the original packing slip with your return. This slip contains essential details like your order number.
  • Ensure your item is neatly wrapped to protect it during shipping.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and shipped in a protective outer box. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit for shoes returned with labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your return, we ask for 5-7 business days to process it.

After processing, your store credit will be issued via email.

Reporting Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, report it to us within two days at themintednavy@gmail.com, along with photos of the damage.
  • Note: Variations in color due to monitor resolutions, lighting, or photography lenses are not considered damage. We're here to assist you with any questions or concerns about our return policy. Thank you for shopping with The Minted Navy!
